1. Check for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, and/or overheat of parts.
2. Check engine oil level, coolant level and hydraulic oil level.
3. Check the tire pressure and make sure the tires are in good condition.
4. Check the gauges and lamps.
5. Inject grease at each articulated point.

1. Check and fasten the bolts on front/rear drive shafts.
2.Check the transmission oil level.
3.Check to see if the service brake and the parking brake are in good condition; make adjustment if necessary. Refill fluid into the brake booster if necessary.
4.Check the throttle control and the transmission control system.

1.Change the transmission oil (replace it every 600 hours afterwards) and clean the filter in oil pan.
2.Change the engine oil (replace it every 600 hours afterwards).
3.Check the battery fluid level. Coat the terminal with vaseline.
4.Check the fasteners that connect the rim to the disc brake and axle.
5, Check other fasteners.

1. Check the oil level in front and rear axles.
2. Clean the air filters (replace the element if necessary).
3. Clean the engine oil filter, fuel filter and transmission oil filter.
4. Make sure the tire pressure is 0.27 - 0.31MPa.
5. Check to see if the welds in implement and front/rear frames are in good condition.
6. Make sure that the belts of generator and fan are tight.

1. Change the gear oil for front/rear axles (change the oil every 1000 hours afterwards).
2. Clean the filter in fuel tank.
3. Clean the outer surface of the radiator.
4. Change the engine oil; replace the oil filter and the fuel filter.
5. Change the transmission oil and replace the oil filter.
6. Check the engine valve clearance.

1. Change the hydraulic oil; clean or replace the oil filter; and clean the oil tank
2. Make sure the engine can run normally.
3. Make sure the hydraulic system can work normally.
4. Make sure the steering system can work normally.
5. Make sure the brake system can work normally; change the brake fluid.

1,Service the engine according to the engine instruction manual.
2, Disassemble and check the transmission and the torque converter.
3, Disassemble and check the front/rear axles.
4, Check for defective welds.
