    Herkules (Shanghai) Hydraulic System Co.,Ltd (“Herkules”), located in Songjiang Industrial, Shanghai, is specialized in manufacturing of medium and high pressure cylinders.
    The bore diameter of cylinders Herkules manufactures ranges from 40 to 400 millimeters. The maximum stroke is 3.6 meters and the maximum pressure is 70Mpa. These cylinders are widely used in such sectors as construction machinery, automobile, mining, metallurgy, aircraft, ship, agriculture, environment protection and so on. Herkules can also design and manufacture customized cylinders according to customer’s requirement.
    We keep track of the progress of technology and equipment and have imported various advanced equipment, e.g. SIERRA broaching and rolling machine from USA, MAZAK vertical machining centers from Japan, GLOBAL coordinate measuring machine from USA, REIS welding robot and automatic welders from Germany. We also possess horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes and automatic painting line. All of our products are assembled and tested in a clean and dust-free workshop.
